Ordering from Anastasia's is easy. When you find an item you like simply look to the center of the screen and you will see a series of "Buy" links. Select the piece you like and please do not forget to select the size and/or color also if available. Then "click" on the "Buy" Button. clicking on the Buy button will take you to our custom shopping cart where you will be able to see your current purchase/s along with the handling and tracking charge. You will also see a reminder for foreign customers to select their shipping method. Once you have completed your last selection and are viewing the shopping cart simply scroll down to the bottom of your order and select the "GO TO PAYMENTS" Button. Please fill out all the necessary field with the correct information and once again proceed to the bottom of the page and "click" on the "CONTINUE" Button. You will be taken to a new screen that shows all your information. Your order and your billing and shipping information to confirm that everything was entered correctly and to give you a chance to make any changes. If you see that any of the information has been incorrectly entered simply use your web browsers back button to go back and make changes. Once all your information is correct simply "click" on one of the two payment links below your information. One link is labeled Credit Card and the other Paypal.
If you are a new PayPal user. Simply fill out the information on the next 2 screens and your DONE! Please Please remember or write down your PayPal password. We are positive you will want to order from us again and if you completely forget your PayPal password it is an extreme inconvience getting them to reset it. This is for your protection and PayPal takes no chances with identity theft. If you have selected the Credit Card link then the process is even simpler as we use Authorize.net, one of the largest credit card processing centers in the world. Once you have completed your order you will almost instantly receive a confirmation email from PayPal indicating that you have placed an order with us, along with the amount and a brief description of the contents of your order, or you will receive an email from our shopping cart software indicating that your authorize.net purchase had cleared. DO NOT be alarmed if you do not see all the contents of your order in this brief description. PayPal only sends a one line description and commonly all your items will not be displayed. Once we actively pull your order from our secure shopping cart server you will be emailed a confirmation notice from us at Anastasia's. This confirmation will contain your entire order. This is why it is very important to enter your correct and valid email address in our shopping cart when finalizing your order as this is the address we use to ship your order. Most orders are shipped the same day they are received if you have placed your order by 2 p.m. EST monday through friday. However, do not be alarmed if it takes up to 5 business days to ship your order. Periodically at certain times of the year we get overloaded with orders, especially wholesale orders. This is why it can take up to 5 business days to completely process your order depending on order volume and stock levels. It is also possible that an item might be completely out of stock and shipping might take longer than 5 days. If this occurs you will be emailed and offered a backorder, exchange or a refund of your money. |
